Products for New Puppy/Dog Owners
Congratulations on your new Great Dane.   Here is a list of Strongly recommended items you can use for your new puppy.   If you have any questions on any of these products please contact me and I will be happy to help you with your selections. If the link is broken or is no longer working you can google the information for a web search on any of the products and find the least priced product for you. 


Dog Crate w/divider and pan I recommend the Midwest 1154U starter crate the divider for this crate is sold separately. I have a link to just one of the stores. This crate can be purchased from Petsmart or Petco as well.

Please be aware that if your dog is not growing well (limping or splayed feet) on this food please call me so we can change to a less nutritious food. I will usually cut the food with Purina Dog Chow so they don't have as much growth from the food.  Your needs may change...nutrition going in vs. exercise going out. Please call me and lets find a food that works for your puppy/dog as the right food for your dog isn't always the "best" food that you can buy. Many growth problems with this breed is due to the wrong nutrition.

 If you chose to have your puppy cropped, here is a list of supplies you will need to keep your puppy in tape and comfortable during removal.

I dremel or clip toe nails every ear taping or once a week


Bathing Products 
Here are some products that will work for your dog's coat I use this product on all colors of my dogs and the harlequins really glow with this product:
Quic Silver shampoo only shampoo I use for white dogs, makes them bright white for the show ring 
EZ Groom products Crystal White is great for all dog colors must put on warm and let sit for a few minutes for best results 
Pure Paws I like the Oatmeal shampoo and conditioner and the other show products from this company 


 if your pup has winter dander you can use 50/50 Listerine & water and spray  them down and wipe the coat down with a dry towel. You can add a fish oil or a Vitamin E to their diet
